Which locations do you recruit for?

We work on recruitment projects throughout the whole of the UK. We make extensive use of Skype and Facetime to ensure that every candidate is thoroughly vetted before being presented to you – no location is too remote.

When do I have to pay?

You won’t have to pay a penny until the successful candidate commences work with you.

Do you interview every candidate in advance?

Yes, either by telephone or face-to-face depending on your requirements. This forms an integral part of the vetting and selection procedure and allows us to create shortlists with pinpoint accuracy.

Is the fee refundable should the candidate not work out?

We operate a replacement and rebate scheme for every recruitment project we undertake. The purpose of this is to protect you in the event that you have to dismiss a candidate in the first three months of employment. If you’d like to know more details about how the rebate scheme work, give us a call on the number above and we’ll explain it to you.

What if I don't like the candidates you send to me?

That’s not a problem, there is no obligation on you to do anything. And sometimes we don’t get it right first time. All we’d ask in this scenario is give us some detail on what’s wrong with the people we’ve sent over, and we’ll go back to the drawing board and start again.

Frequently asked questions.

Is it a genuine free trial?

Absolutely. You’ll need a credit card to sign up, but you won’t be charged until the 8th day.

The trial lasts for 7 days and is totally unrestricted. You’ll be able to play with all of AdBuilder’s features, nothing is held back.

If you cancel at any point within the 7 day trial period you will not be charged.

Am I tied into a long term plan or can I leave at any time?

You have the option to go for a month-to-month plan, or you can commit to 12 months with one of our annual plans.

With our monthly plans you can cancel at any time, and your access to AdBuilder will terminate at the end of the billing period in which you cancel. You’re also free to upgrade, downgrade or pause your subscription if needed, or switch to an annual plan.

If you opt for our annual plan you are committed for a 12 month period in return for a 20% discount on the normal monthly prices.

How do the billing periods work?

If you’re on a monthly plan your card will be debited with the required amount on the same date every calendar month. That is your ‘billing period’.

Alternatively if you choose an annual plan, your billing period is then the 12 month period of time from the date you start your AdBuilder subscription.

With both types of packages your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your current billing period, unless you cancel during that time. You can cancel your AdBuilder subscription at any time before the end of your billing period and your subscription will terminate when that billing period ends.
